What are the payment methods accepted?
We accept most payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Touch n Go, Duitnow, Boost, GrabPay, AliPay, ApplePay and Google Pay.
What are the shipping charges like?
West Malaysia - Rm6 for up to 2kg (10 t-shirts or 2 caps)
East Malaysia - Rm15 for up to 1kg (4 t-shirts or 1 cap)
International (Registered Airmail) - Rm30 onwards
International (EMS) - Rm100 onwards
What shipping carriers do you use to ship your items?
We have good relationships with our shipping partners, which include Ninja Van, Poslaju, Aramex, FedEx, DHL Express and Singapore Post.
How long will shipping take?
- West Malaysia: Ninja Van (1 to 3 working days)
- East Malaysia: Poslaju & Aramex (3 to 5 working day)
- Singapore: -
- Aramex Priority (1 to 2 working days)
- Aramex Economy (3 to 5 working days)
- International: -
- Registered Airmail with Tracking (7 to 14 working days)
- FedEx Express or DHL Express or EMS (2 to 7 working days)
How do you package your items for shipment?
- T-Shirts: Inserted into an individual clear poly bag, then shipped in a courier flyer (plastic envelope)
- Caps: Inserted into a cardboard box, then into a large courier flyer bag for double protection.
- Toys: Inserted into a cardboard box, then into a flyer bag for double protection.
How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking information. If you need help, you can always contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process all orders as soon as possible so that we can get your goodies to you as quickly as possible. You can amend your order as many times as you like before you click Complete Order. We regret to tell you that after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Sadly, as we process orders so quickly, we are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been processed. But please contact us and we will try our best to assist.
How do I make a return?
Not 100% satisfied with your item. No worries! We offer 15-day free returns! Just contact us and our awesome customer service rep will follow up on it. Please note that New Era Caps, Collectible Toys and all worn, or washed items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I get a cash refund?
All returns will be converted to store credits which you can use to exchange with other items or keep it for future use. No cash refunds is possible.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time is 1 to 2 working days. Eg. If you purchase on Mon morning, we will most probably ship out your order on Tue.
