Refund Policy

At urban TEE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. If you receive your item on the 4th, you need to get it shipped out and send us the Proof of Shipment latest on the 18th.  

Refunds

Refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@urbantee.my within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available at no extra charge. To exchange an item, please contact us within the same 14-day period.

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Exchanged Item Shipping: The cost of shipping for the exchanged item is also the responsibility of the buyer.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

*Please Note that no Returns are accepted for Custom Printed items.
